We are based just outside Harrogate in a rural village called Hampsthwaite.
Have Marquee, will travel is our motto. As this suggests we are happy to work nationally, please note this may incur an additional charge.
Yes of course. We like to meet in person to get an idea of what you are looking for and to see the site in person. There is no cost to this.
The standard hire price includes site inspection and erection of Marquee.
Depending on the Marquee or Package you have chosen, an example hire period for us would be:
- Wednesday/Thursday: Delivered and Erected
- Friday: You decorate the Marquee
- Saturday: The Event
- Monday: Dismantling of the Marquee, tidy up of the event.
No, we do not offer a styling service but you are welcome to decorate the marquee however you wish. They are a beautiful blank canvas for you to create your own unique event with.

We also one of our Preferred Partners, the brilliant Wedding Planner Sian Chaplain, who is available for ‘On the day’ wedding coordination which includes her assistance in coordinating the all the suppliers in the last 5 weeks in the run up to the wedding or event.
If you are having any lighting or any facilities that need electricity you will need a power source. We can supply a generator or if there is a house or building with electrics close enough then we will be able to discuss different power cable packages.
We say ideally an additional two meters all the way around the tent. If you are unsure about whether our marquee will fit then give us a call and we can arrange to come and see you and the site to discuss what can be done.
